Q: Are these classes live?
A: Yes, we use GoToMeeting to have live classes with the capability
of live demonstration when needed.
Q: What if I forget to come to class?
A: We'll do everything we can to reschedule you, however, just like
on campus training, if you don't show up, you will not be refunded.
It is your responsibility to schedule you time and your work so that
you can attend your class. Again, we'll do everything we can to
reschedule to you to another class - not an alternative class, but
the exact same class.
Q: Will classes be repeated?
A: Yes, however, not on a specific schedule.
Q: Who are the instructors?
A: Our instructors are all experts in the subject they teach. Many
are very experienced Virtual Assistants, others are experts in their
area, have their own business and have practical experience.
